1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QRGen services, including our web generator, dynamic redirect links, and developer APIs, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Acceptable Use Policy & Anti-Abuse (PRD Section 70 & 127)

Strictly Prohibited Uses:

You may not create static or dynamic QR codes that redirect to phishing websites, malware distribution links, illegal content, fraudulent financial scams, or unauthorized spoofing.

QRGen maintains automated threat detection systems and reserves the right to immediately suspend any dynamic QR code or workspace found violating this policy.

3. Commercial Use & Free Static Guarantee

Free static QR codes generated on our platform are permitted for unrestricted commercial use, including marketing materials, packaging, and digital signage, with no scan limits.
